Do you offer product samples?

Yes, we do! Depending on your needs, we can provide product samples and fragrance testers, though a small production cost may apply. Additionally, we offer customized design services and sample production to meet your specific requirements. ODM and OEM collaborations are a key focus for us, and we value these partnerships greatly.

What are the advantages of your products? Why are they so expensive?

All our products feature original designs, offering a unique experience in both appearance and functionality. We collaborate with top-tier international companies for raw materials, ensuring natural scents and safe usage. The fragrance experience is exceptional.

Which product is more suitable for summer, with a fresher scent?

All our products are designed with a naturally refreshing fragrance concept and are not overwhelming or irritating. However, individual preferences vary. Here are some suggestions:

Initial Peach and Green Grape are fruity scents ideal for summer, blending light fruitiness with floral and woody notes.

Lotus Dew features a clean water lily fragrance with a touch of sweet watermelon.

If you prefer woody notes, Forest of Brahma is a subtle cedarwood scent with the tranquil feel of a snowy forest, while Spring Bud Encounter offers a refined jasmine tea aroma.

Can pregnant women smell musk?

The "musk" in our fragrances refers to a conceptual scent description, and our products do not contain natural musk ingredients. All components comply with the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) safety standards. However, due to the varying sensitivities of pregnant individuals, we do not recommend the use of scented products during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before use if necessary.

Can your products be used in households with pets or infants? Are they harmful?

Our products are safe and non-toxic, with fragrance ingredients complying with IFRA standards. However, we recommend placing them out of reach of pets and infants to prevent spills or accidental ingestion. Since pets have sensitive noses, please observe whether they can adapt to the scents.

Are the ingredients natural?

Our products do contain natural ingredients. However, 100% natural ingredients are not currently achievable in reed diffusers, as stabilizers are required in the evaporation liquid
